Values Culture
In November of 2019, the MINI传媒 Administration team embarked on a journey to identify and establish a set of shared values that team members commonly share during an off-campus retreat. The Values Culture Retreat provided the MINI传媒 System Administration with a set of guiding principles that members can hold themselves and others accountable for each day.
In January 2025, the MINI传媒 Administration team gathered again for Values 2.0 to discuss what was working and where we could improve our Values Culture. These discussions led to the addition of the value of Resilience, something that is much needed during periods of great change and amidst the constantly evolving landscape of higher education.
As a result of this teamwork and collaboration, the MINI传媒 System Administration team has identified the following as its five shared values: People First, Integrity, Community, Exemplary Service and Resilience.
